What it does

The purpose of the phoenix final four local organizing committee (ploc) is the operation and staging of the ncaa men's final four in order to generate economic impact in arizona through tourism and to provide positive experiences for student-athletes, alumni & visiting fans.

The ploc coordinates all local operations for the hosting of the ncaa final four, including coordinating transportation, lodging, volunteer operations, stadium operations, event operations, marketing, and fund raising.
