What it does

To assist low income community members with finding affordable housing and learning skills to get a job.

We plan to continue building communities that help families struggling to find affordable housing options, with our next property purchased and ready for compassionate partners to make it a reality.
During the year, central florida home for good (h4g) expanded its program services by establishing a new learning lab and resident support space at the sanford courtyard affordable housing community.the h4g learning lab was developed to provide children and youth from low-income and formerly homeless households with access to academic enrichment, tutoring, art-based learning, social-emotional development, leadership opportunities, and family engagement activities. The program is designed to help youth strengthen academic skills, build confidence, express themselves creatively, and develop skills that support long-term stability and success.the new resident support space provides a dedicated on-site location for resident-focused services, educational programming, community activities, and connections to supportive resources. The space strengthens h4g's housing model by allowing the organization and its community partners to provide services that promote housing stability, self-sufficiency, education, and overall resident well-being.these new services complement h4g's primary mission of developing and managing safe, high-quality, permanently affordable housing by expanding the support available to residents and their families.
