Share california, dba share sonoma county creates affordable housing with two programs: home sharing and master leasing empty home rentals, for seniors, folks with disabilities, those who have experienced a catastrophic event, and/or are extremely low income.

Share california dba share sonoma countys program expansion included new funds_through_ the county of sonoma, in addition to continued support for our foundational home_share housing program, to expand our community shared housing program,_a unique master leasing program which targets empty homes to rent for one-year intervals. Share rents each private bedroom within the home to individuals who are designated homeless. This housing program consists of 18 master leases, housing nearly 60 households.
