To promote & advance housing projects & related facilities for persons who are members of low-income families & very low-income families including, but without limitation to elderly & disabled persons, financing the acquisition, construction, renovation, and equipping of buildings or related facilities. To enhance the delivery of social services to the homeless, elderly, veterans, and endangered children who are at-risk in any community and/or vulnerable populations.
