The overall mission of CMSE is to provide adults with severe disabilities in the Central Missouri area with vocational training and employment opportunities that will help them achieve and maintain a normal and satisfying quality of life within their capabilities
Operate and administer a sheltered workshop for the employment of handicapped adults. All non-administrative expenses are included in the cost of goods sold.
