What it does

To get our neighbors experiencing homelessness off the street through proactive outreach and services and provide placement in a program that will help them get "home."

The taskforce for ending homelessness, inc. Is a not-for-profit agency that provides street outreach, education, and advocacy to people experiencing homelessness in south and north central florida. The taskforce operates homeless outreach teams delivering outreach services, housing case management, and mental health care, while also coordinating referrals and linkages to housing, shelter, legal aid, primary healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and basic needs such as hygiene products, bus passes, and clothing. In addition, the organization serves as a regional continuum of care lead, supporting system coordination, planning, and capacity-building efforts to strengthen homeless response systems across multiple jurisdictions.
