Empower and provide support to families with children experiencing homelessness in Central Minnesota.

Supportive Housing:Set-aside units are available for families with children experiencing long-term homelessness or for those considered high-priority. Families who reside in these units have access to support services to help them succeed and maintain their housing.New Pathways has a full-time Case Manager on site who works with tenants to develop the skills necessary to maintain housing, including understanding the requirements of their lease. The Case Manager also assists in building the skills needed to achieve housing stability and connects household members to resources that support them in becoming healthy, productive members of the community.Supportive Housing Program (2024/2025)Families Served: 26Adults: 27Children: 40
