To provide access to empowering outdoor recreation opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
In fiscal year 2024-2025, the organization provided 1,714 year-round outdoor adaptive lessons and recreational opportunities to individuals with physical, cognitive, developmental, sensory, and invisible disabilities, ages five through adulthood, including military veterans. Programs included alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, paved-path cycling, mountain biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, and fishing. Approximately 231 dedicated volunteers supported the organization's mission throughout the year in a variety of roles. Dream also partnered with community organizations to advance accessibility initiatives and assisted local athletes in obtaining adaptive equipment grants from other nonprofit organizations.
