What it does

The mission of united neighborhood community development corporation is to be a catalyst for community revitalization by identifying and addressing the housing and economic development needs of the communities which we serve through quality development, construction and management.

The principal activity of the Organization is to engage in the acquisition, rehabilitation and new construction of housing in Northeastern Pennsylvania as a developer, owner or sponsor and to engage in economic development activities, all of which primarily benefit very low-, low- and moderate-income individuals and families through grants and developer fees.
